    Old Mill Rehabilitation is in search of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Clinical Compliance Nurse/Scheduler. This individual will manage Medical Records, Chart Reviews, and Scheduling.

    • Establish a culture of compliance by setting the tone of ethical behavior.
    • Prepare and distribute a written Code of Conduct.
    • Develop and implement education programs addressing compliance and the Code of Conduct for all staff, contractors, and volunteers, in accordance with the individuals’ roles. Assess the need for additional training and education and modify training program as needed.
    • Attend or participate in continuing education related to compliance, laws, and regulations.
    • Identify and assess areas of compliance risk for the organization.
    • Establish and implement written compliance and ethics standards, policies, and procedures that are designed to promote quality of care and prevent violations of relevant laws and regulations. Develop, maintain, and distribute a compliance manual.
    • Prepare and implement a monitoring plan addressing identified risk areas.
    • Prioritize monitoring activities and resources based on level of risk to the facility.
    • Oversee, coordinate, and monitor the day-to-day compliance activities as described in the monitoring plan.
    • Coordinate and/or oversee external audit procedures and oversee any corrective actions associated with audits.
    • Designate and supervise compliance committees responsible for identifying compliance issues at the facility or department level. Ensure appropriate communication between facility and corporate levels.
    • Develop a productive working relationship with all levels of management. Develop a rapport with staff to encourage an open-door policy for reporting violations or asking questions about compliance. Communicate professionally with external regulatory agencies.
    • To perform any other duties as requested with in scope of practice to ensure quality patient care.


    • Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
    • Basic computer knowledge and operate vital sign monitoring devices and IV delivery pumps
    • Prior Scheduling experience.
    • Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak English.
    • Ability to work with mathematical concepts to perform dosage calculations necessary to calculate proper dose of medication needing administered to patients.
    • Able to define problems, collect data and deal with stressful situations in a tactful professional manner.
