    Promontory Healthcare Companies is in search of an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as the Director of Quality Clinical Compliance.


    To meet the rehabilitation demands of today’s marketplace, Promontory is developing resort-style facilities that will provide personalized customer service and personalized therapy services. For those looking for in-home care, our home health care teams will work with patients as they progress towards their recovery goals.


    We have locations in Idaho Falls, Idaho, as well as Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska. Travel to all locations will be required on a periodic basis. Full-time employment has a salary range of $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience. Part-time employment has an hourly range of $35-$40 per hour.

    • Perform comprehensive audits of EMRs to ensure records meet federal and state regulator guidelines.
    • Make recommendations and instruct Directors or Nursing, Dietary Managers, Social Services Directors, and Directors of Therapy to correct EMR compliance deficiencies.
    • Implement and develop auditing tools, policies, and procedures.
    • Perform mock surveys in Skilled Nursing Facilities prior to annual surveys: consult facilities to ensure deficiencies are corrected; implement strategies to ensure continued compliance.
    • Consult facilities as needed to ensure compliance during state survey process.
    • Consult facilities on an ongoing basis to reach compliance standards.
    • Ensure plans of correction are being implemented and performed as accepted by the state where the facility is located.
    • Assist in education regarding compliance and regulatory mandates.
    • Assist in the oversight of QAPI programs per state mandate.
    • Duties will be performed in the states of Idaho and Nebraska; current knowledge of both state's survey process recommended.


    • Registered Nurse (RN) with an unrestricted license.
    • Healthcare Administration experience.
    • Tenure within a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
    • Must have current working knowledge of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Skilled Nursing regulations.
    • Knowledge of Federal Skilled Nursing Facility regulations.
    • Idaho and/or Nebraska State Surveyor preferred.
    • Microsoft office experience.
    • Knowledge of Point Click Care software is preferred.
